the next step of the Kremlin commies will be the urgent UN Security Council meeting and Nebenzya will blame the US Administration for the terror attack in Moscow.
It's a very natural consequence of the 3 years of impotence of the west politicians. If Nebenzya has enough power to blame the Ukrainians in self-shelling and rejects all cases of mass civilian murders why should he restrict himself in blaming of the US administration?
