The only useful conclusion derived from the last classified docs leak in the US is that the dung feeding of the classified papers consumers is a worldwide trend. The highest degree of this phenomenon is now observed in the Kremlin bunker, where an old silly faggot eats only exclusive dung papers from his faithful assistants. Dung eating in the US Administration differs from the Kremlin bunker mainly by the number of decision-makers that read many different super-classified-top-secret docs, and the total result of their decisions looks a little bit better (but in general - it is still terrible).
